Chris Frasier | President & CEO
Chris, as our President, handles all client relationships as well as the day to day operations of Frasier Healthcare since joining the team in 2013. He makes it a point to stay not only up to date on the state of healthcare in America, but to also anticipate coming changes affecting our industry to offer the best service in the market. While managing large teams and multiple projects, Chris is dedicated to providing each and every client with the hands-on, personal approach that meets every need at a moments notice. He will never pass the buck and clients have grown to rely on his steady hand in their time of need.

Wayne Smith has joined Frasier Healthcare bringing over 40 years in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Industry and nearly a decade spent as a high level consultant. Wayne brings experience covering nearly all aspects of healthcare finance and operations from his time spent as a director of numerous facilities across the country.
Wayne provides extensive revenue cycle knowledge, leadership and analysis to any project Frasier Healthcare undertakes as well the steady hand that has "seen it all" at this point. Wayne is graduate of University of Mississippi Business Law. |
Redonda Holt | Director of Finance
Redonda has been employed with Frasier Healthcare as the head of the finance department since it's inception 17 years ago after working for Robert previously for over 10 years at Coast to Coast Consulting in the same department.
She oversees all aspects of the finance department and can assist you with any questions you may have in regard to financial transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable. |

Robert Frasier | Founder
Robert was the driving force of our company he founded in 2007 with the intention of bringing another level of service to the healthcare industry. His knowledge and experience working in the field for 35 years gave him a unique perspective on the inner workings of a hospital's business office. He worked tirelessly to maintain a level of excellence our clients have come to expect.
Prior to his work in healthcare, Robert served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He attributed his nature to deliver a quality, American service to his time within the Corps. Robert passed in 2023, leaving the company he built from the ground up in the hands of his son, Chris to continue providing the values and level of excellence he provided throughout his career to clients and staff alike. |
